Pilot’s Accessibility Statement
Accessibility statement last updated March 2, 2023
At Pilot, we’re continuing to educate ourselves on how to make the web more accessible for people with disabilities. This goes for our own site, and the sites we work on for our clients. We understand that it’s necessary to make the internet an accessible space for people to connect with each other and to find information with ease. We stand by the idea that websites have to be accessible in order to be successful. We continue to measure our site by performing manual audits and by using accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and accessibility testing tools recommended by W3.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
